On January 8, supported by Design Thinking Lab, IT Innovation Lab @ Daimler held a design thinking workshop about internal business procedures, such as HR processes.

Led by Fu Zhiyong, Professor of Academy Art & Design, Tsinghua University, Zhang Yinshuai, graduate of Tsinghua and Li Shen, designer of Daimler considered the theme, culture, characteristics of iTECH, made relevant tools and processes tailored for the lab. The products were given definitions based on Bridge tools of D-lab. Survey and testing were also conducted to engage Daimler staffs in our activity.

The workshop was a great success and it promoted the cooperation between Tsinghua and Daimler in design thinking innovation.
