China Maker Education Bluebook 2015 is supervised by the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of China and co-authored by Tsinghua University Maker Education Laboratory, Modern Educational Technology magazine and Intel Corporation. It is considered a continuous enrichment of Chinese maker culture and the attempt to spread the culture. It reviews the maker movement and maker education, traces the origin of the theory from an academic perspective, and summarizes practical cases and pattern of spreading maker culture. Also, the book pays attention to the future and puts forward the direction of the sustainable development. In the past one year, it has aroused enthusiastic response of China's maker education industry.
With the booming of maker culture in China, more and more people have joined the rank of makers, and a distinct maker culture with local genes has been formed in China.
